Battery and Control Ring Replacement
The battery cells in Carnault cigarettes are covered by a 6-month warranty. Since battery performance gradually declines over time, we recommend a free replacement no later than the end of the warranty period. This ensures full functionality and a consistently optimal user experience.
The control unit, also referred to as the middle ring, comes with a 12-month warranty. This key component is designed for long durability and generally only needs replacement if a defect occurs.
